For the ones who didn't know this is how actor Mickey Rourke used to look like... very hansom I would say... But if you watched the movie The Wrestler you could see how he looks now days...
Some people started to say that he ruined his face with plastic surgery, but may
be he didn't and he was just trying to get better after a short career in boxing, it shouldn't be easy we suppose and probably he needed couple of procedures and at least one rhinoplasty (nose job), now we hope he doesn't go any further with plastic surgery because he may become one of those cosmetic surgery addicts or something, he looks fine enough right now!
