So many rumors about Kim Kardashian Plastic Surgery which are so hard to confirm, at the first view of these pictures we though that she definitely got at least some breast implants, but then some girls told us that in their personal experiences their breasts got really big from their teenager years to the time they were grown up... So the question remains, is this early teen picture at the left actually to early and Kim really "grow up" after it was taken or she actually got the implants, only her to confirm!
About her butt, well, it is a hard one, she is not so thin and with her heritage it could be that it is hers and not plastic.
Anyhow we think that she is a beautiful woman, do you think she is as natural as she claims??
