We don't think so! Julia Roberts looks so great to be a mom of 3 that so many people is wondering if she got some plastic surgery to achieve that image, but why not to think the most reasonable answer.. she lost weight after pregnancy and got back to her previous weight with some extra skin.
Some people think that she maybe got some liposuction or SmartLipo to remodel her body shape and that the skin around her belly bottom reveals it, but every mom knows that it can be pretty normal for a belly to look like that after being pregnant.
About her nose and teeth, they look exactly the same than always, so no rhinoplasty or cosmetic dentistry for her, and that is only our very modest opinion...
